So, I'm writing a novel. There, I said it. And now I'm obliged to follow through on this declaration or risk being accused of being all talk and no trousers.
You are all cordially invited to witness this painful and confusing process.
No need to RSVP - just bring a bottle of wit and a six-pack of insight.
Novel in progress: The man in the Chinese room (Book 1 - Raising Mephistopheles)
Draft: 2 (? Honestly, it's all bits of recycled other things I wrote and whatnot, so I can't put a number to this.)
Completion: 90%!!!!! (Just a chase, and explosion, a couple of revelations and some emotional resolution to squeeze in...)
Target release date: End of May 2013
Hello, stranger. Pull up a chair.

There should have a been a flowchart, with simple yes and no answers. Is life going to suck? Yes. Is everyone going to betray me? Yes. Am I going to find love? Seems unlikely. I didn't get any of that. I was just thrown into the melee of life like...hell I don't know. And now, I was struggling to figure it all out, while trying to mend my broken heart. Awesome.

Planned use in advance of these simple techniques works in a time of great crisis.
